What happens when your 5 sessions are used.
Nothing, unless you want to continue. Your account stays at a $0 balance — no auto-enroll, no surprise charge, no "upgrade to keep your data" lock-in.
If you do continue, it's from $3 per session, pay-as-you-go. $3 covers up to 5 candidates in a single session; the price scales in $1 steps for every 5 additional candidates — $4 up to 10, $5 up to 15, $6 up to 20. Beyond 20 candidates per session or 5,000 sessions a month, custom volume pricing on request.
Audit records are retained for 24 hours by default. Extended retention is available under a signed DPA — ask us when you're ready.

Does Aiseptor work on my company's laptops?
The candidate-side agent runs entirely in user-space — no admin or root permissions required on their machine. As the hiring manager, you only need a modern browser to reach the dashboard. There is nothing to install on your own laptop.
What does my candidate experience look like?
The candidate downloads a single binary (.exe on Windows, .dmg on macOS), sees a clear consent screen describing what the agent does, enters the 6-digit join code you sent them, and proceeds to your interview. The agent does not access their webcam, microphone, keystrokes, or file contents — and it removes itself completely the moment the session ends.
Can I invite colleagues to my account?
Yes. Aiseptor supports role-based access control — admins can manage exams, billing, and team members, while proctors can run and review sessions. You can invite the rest of your hiring team from the dashboard once you've signed in.
What if my company's IT blocks VPN traffic?
Rare, but possible in very restrictive corporate environments. The agent fails gracefully with a clear error message pointing the candidate to escalate with their IT team — no silent failures. If your environment is consistently locking egress, get in touch and we'll work with you on an allow-list approach.
Do I need to migrate off my existing assessment platform?
No. Aiseptor operates beneath whatever you already use — HackerRank, Codility, Google Docs, Zoom, a custom internal tool. The candidate joins the Aiseptor session and then uses your existing platform for the interview itself. Nothing to rip out.
